   This process is also called Imitation hard enamel, it is similar to hard enamel lapel pins except that a special enamel is utilized to provide enamel colors instead of the Cloisonné. Imitation enamel colors can be matched to Pantone Colors (PMS) in imitation enamel pins, and colors appear much brighter and flashy. Imitation enamel replaced the Cloisonné pins because of similarity to hard enamel material, lower cost, faster delivery time and much more colors than Cloisonné enamel.

Note:
1. No epoxy coating is needed for Imitation Cloisonné, since the surface is already flat and shiny after coloring.
2. Sandblasting and Laser Engraving can be applied on metal areas only. Screen printing can be applied on enameled areas and metal areas.

For Best Result:
3. Bolder designs are recommended in order to prevent any unsatisfactory coloring caused by lines and figures that are too thin or too small. Additional screen printing process may be required.
4. Enamel coloring requires a surrounding metal space to ensure good quality coloring results. Therefore it is necessary to have a blank metal rim (0.3mm minimum). If you require a full-piece coloring, a special printing may apply- Screen printing.
